Ten-plus years in healthcare — moving from intermediate ICU CCMA into clinical informatics and provider training. Five years training physicians and clinical staff on Epic workflows, with consistent exceptional ratings.

On the technical side: AI integration architecture, retrieval-augmented agent design, LLM orchestration, security-aware implementation. Independent work on the AI Integration Pack and on agent-runtime research.

Off the clock: civic work in Peoria — Advisory Committee on Police and Community Relations (second term) and 2025 Peoria County Civic Leadership Academy graduate.
